Experience
Graduate Teaching Assistant 2008-2010: I led discussion sections, graded students' work, and helped them master subjects such as the history of Christianity, the Hebrew Bible, and the New Testament in a public university setting. In this role, I endeavored for an impartial presentation of the subjects while balancing the diverse views of my students. My coursework has included a wide variety of subject areas, and it has included considerable depth in the history of Western Civilization and Thought. I am currently researching and writing my master's thesis. I also studied abroad in Scotland for a semester, an undertaking partially funded by a number of scholarships, and I have taken additional international trips across Europe.
